The Provider Engagement dashboard tracks which providers are the most engaged with members outside of the office. Payers can see everything from the number of articles submitted to appointments scheduled, and general appointment availability.
The teledentistry section allows payers to download a spreadsheet that includes the type of teledentistry visit, date and time of each visit as well as the name of the member, provider, and practice.

This App was developed for our customer support team to intake phone calls and expedite them quickly. I merged and designed this app to create a simple UI UX experience for our customer support representatives.

Admin pages for contract and credentialing. In these pages, admin users can accept and decline providers. Admin users can also save and archive applications for future review.
