Contracting and Credentialing +DashBoard. In these screens, we have developed an online system for providers to submit their credentialing information to be accepted or rejected by the payer (insurer) online.
The Healthy Grid team worked closely together to come up with a system of questions and flow for this process by working closely with providers and their needs. We then utilized this data to design a user’s friendly dashboard to collect and maintain these data sets.
Jam Boards
The Healthy Grid team used Jam Board by Google to collaborate in real-time to establish a deep dive into our tool sets and functions. We used Jams with great success and were able to tie in key stack holders.
Flows
UIUX flows were also used within Jam Board to discuss all steps in the software process.
