Emergency Consult
Due to Covid-19, our team established and launched an Emergency Consult in a short time frame. This was to ensure that members can still consult with their respected providers when issues arise even though medical offices are closed due to the epidemic.
Delta Dental Knowledge Base
I designed the knowledge base with drop-down accordion menus to help providers set up their accounts and software instructions. Within the knowledge base I edited all the videos within Adobe Premiere video editing software for online publication.
